Hello everyone! Our staff team has been really busy getting everything ready for the Towny v5.0 release last few months. With Towny up and running, we decided it was about time to launch another epic creative contest for all our builders, and it is finally here. We're proud to present: Shadow Kingdom's 8th Building Contest. Due to the revamp of our donation store, the prizes are a little bit different than other contests. Just like the last contests, the theme will be decided by your votes. Timetable: June 19th - June 22th: Theme Poll. June 25th: Theme announcement, building begins! July 23th: Building ends, judging starts. July 30th: Results are published. Poll: Pirates and Parrots Ahoy, Matey! Allow me to invite you to my mighty ship. Hoist the sails and climb into the crows nest. Next stop on our epic travels is palm tree island. Together with my crew of buccaneers we'll conquer the seven seas in search of the treasure. Can you conquer the contest with this theme? Steampunk: The sound of a running engine, the wind from a fan blowing through your hair. There’s thousands of cogwheels that don't make sense. A number of hot air balloons land, and you can already see the cranes getting ready to transfer cargo to a large boat. What will you do with steam power? Journey to new galaxies: T-10 seconds and counting, Activate main engine hydrogen burnoff system. T-6 seconds, Ground launch sequencer commands main engine start. T-0 seconds, Solid Rocket Boosters, and we got lift-off! Spaceships and cities. Asteroids and astronauts. What will you find when you go beyond where we've ever been? The very furthest corners of the universe are your playground in this space-themed building contest. Nature will finds a way: The most beautiful plants, great mountains and breath-taking landscapes. Nature always finds a way through the harshest conditions or through the never-ending progress in science. In this theme you could make epic landscapes, nature taking back a city or even a biopunk themed castle! Will you show us how nature changes us? Or how we change nature?
