    2 parts to this answer

Firstly, you can download your plot like this:
    1. ./ps done (mark your plot at finished. this will make you unable to build on it until it is undone)
    2. ./ps download
    3. you will recieve a link, looking something like https://empcraft.com/fawe/?key=[a lot of numbers/letters]&type=schematic
    4. opening the link should allow a .schematic file to download. This file is your build stored in a special format that Minecraft understands (and a few other fun programs too!)
Alternatively, you can get a staff member to do it.

By 'different world', you are rather unclear.
If you mean a different world within the Shadow Kingdom server, a staff member would be able to transfer the build there themself using WorldEdit.

If you mean a single player world, this would be a bit more complicated. There are two ways you can do this:

    1. WorldEdit
    • Download your plot using the steps above
    • Download and install the Forge mod manager: https://files.minecraftforge.net/
    • Install WorldEdit using the steps/information here: http://www.9minecraft.net/worldedit/
    • Find the schematics folder in your .minecraft installation folder
    • Place the .schematic file of your build in there
    • Ingame, create a new world with cheats enabled.
    • //schem load <schematic name>
    • //paste (or //paste -a to not paste any air blocks)
    2. MCEdit
    • Download your plot using the steps above
    • Download the MCEdit program: https://www.mcedit.net/downloads.html
    • Unfortunately, I have not had much experience with MCEdit myself, so there isn't a lot I can do to help out in terms of using it, however there are a number of very useful tutorials online on how to import and save schematics into worlds!
    • After you have created a world with your build schematic in it, export it and move the world into your worlds folder in your .minecraft folder
    • You should be good to go!
If any of these directions are at all unclear, please feel free to ask any questions

One further addition to that exptensive guide (Thanks, Kayoz!):

/plot download is only available if you are at least a builder, which means you would have to go through the rankup process first.

So why is there a rank up system to download our work? I feel that is kinda dumb i can understand a rank up needed to download more than one plot.
