I have held the titles Co-owner and Head Admin on different servers. Both had owners that quit playing. I also have experience managing my own stream on Twitch.tv. Granted I only have but a small following of 337 people, I've already had the very special privilege of seeing someone I met through my stream make this server their new home. Why do you want to be a staff member on SK? Why should we pick you instead of other players who apply? I wouldn't do it for the power or the rank. My goal and the goal of everyone playing videogames is to have fun. I want to make this server more popular which will provide more opportunities for each player to have fun. Being staff would ensure I build a strong connection to the people responsible for this server, so when someone in my stream asks what server I'm playing on I can tell them not only about the features the server has to offer but also describe the people that make it such a great place to play. More people means more potential for donations which means more incentive for growth and development for the server which means more fun. I understand what it means to start from scratch. To create something from nothing. I have my own personal gaming discord with 130+ users. It used to be a lot bigger and had voicechats filled with 10-20 people talking throughout all hours of the day. I've made it grow, and as I left for military training, I saw it decline. I'm very charismatic and socially intuitive, mildly professional, and spontaneous to say the least. I'm also not afraid to make public announcements encouraging players to vote daily to receive their rewards and help the server grow. If you could change one thing about the server, what would it be?
