Welcome to our eighth weekly devlog update! We’re making great strides toward the release of Towny 6, and we’ve got some exciting updates to share with you this week.

Server Development

We’re moving at an impressive pace in terms of setting up all plugins to work seamlessly with the new systems and the changes brought by Minecraft versions 1.19 through 1.21. We are dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the server is perfectly tuned for the best possible experience. In addition to getting everything working smoothly, we’re also adding some final features and cosmetic designs to polish this massive update further. It’s all coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait for you to experience it!

Sneak Peek: Upgraded Donator/Staff Rank Prefixes

As part of the Towny 6 update, we’ve taken the opportunity to upgrade the looks of our donator and staff ranks in-game. These special ranks will be enhanced with the new resource pack and will now appear in your nametags, the tablist, and the chat with a fresh new look. Whether you’re a dedicated player supporting the server or part of our amazing staff team, these upgrades will make your presence stand out even more on the network.

We’re excited for you to see these changes in action and hope they add to the overall immersive experience we’ve been working so hard to create.
