Hello everyone,

First and foremost, we want to assure you that your voices have been heard. We take incidents like the one that occurred in the past few days very seriously and are working diligently to improve the way we address and resolve such matters.

Our staff members are here to help make your experience on ShadowKingdom as enjoyable as possible. If you have a question, find something that isn’t working as expected, or need assistance, please reach out to an online staff member. If they can’t directly assist you, they will escalate the matter to the appropriate person.

When no staff are available, you can:

  • Use the in-game ticketing system (/ticket open <message>).
  • Message a staff member on Discord.
  • Post on our website here.

We are committed to improving our responsiveness across all these channels to provide better and faster support.

We also want to emphasize that reporting incidents promptly is crucial. Staff cannot monitor every in-game chat or event 100% of the time. If you witness an issue, please report it to us directly with as much detail as possible—this includes screenshots, timestamps, or any other relevant information. This allows us to address situations fairly and efficiently.

When addressing incidents, we strive to make informed, fair decisions based on all available evidence. Player history is considered only when relevant to the matter at hand. If you feel that a decision was unfair, we encourage you to submit an appeal through our forums here. Appeals give us the opportunity to hear your perspective, reassess decisions, and correct mistakes when necessary.

We must also stress that breaking rules as a form of retaliation is never acceptable. Each instance of rule-breaking will be handled separately and judged accordingly. It’s always best to report the issue and allow staff to manage it on your behalf.

Finally, we want to apologize to everyone affected by the recent incident. The way this situation was handled fell short of our standards, and we regret the impact it had on the community. Internally, we are implementing changes to ensure better handling of issues and improved assistance for our players moving forward.
